Results of a new sound quality evaluation method

The development of the A series began with analyzing the relationship between sound quality and physical properties to establish a new evaluation method, resulting in the flagship earphone "A10000". We listen to music recorded in various qualities at different volumes. However, with traditional evaluation methods, subjective evaluations under fixed conditions like sound pressure were common, making it difficult to judge good sound immediately in actual product auditions. The A2000 adopts a new evaluation method that follows actual music listening situations, creating sound accordingly.

In-house developed driver unit "f-Core DU" equipped

The driver components such as diaphragm, voice coil, magnet, magnetic circuit, and adhesives, as well as production machinery, are all designed in-house, leading to the development of the completely newly designed 6mm diameter dynamic driver unit "f-Core DU" (ef-core DU). For the driver front housing material, we use pure iron, which is less affected by magnetism than general aluminum, and has a higher density. To enhance the diaphragm's time response performance, we use ultra-thin CCAW of 30 microns for the voice coil, and by assembling it with minimal adhesives, we thoroughly reduce the weight of the moving parts. Furthermore, the diaphragm is carefully pressed with a small lot about one-third the usual size, minimizing pressure deviation and achieving a uniformly shaped diaphragm without distortion.

Two-tone color that catches the eye

The exterior features the standard black, while the interior has a vivid blue that catches the eye, adopting a two-tone color design for the housing.

Comfortable fit like a customized earphone

With the A2000, the optimal IEM housing design established in the development of the B series is used as a base to achieve a superior fit. Whether the fit of earphones is good or not is determined by the feeling of pressure. While methods such as selecting an ergonomically advantageous shape and maintaining it with silicone's repulsive force may seem correct at first glance, they constantly apply pressure to the ears, leading to unnoticed ear fatigue. Compared to the shape that contacts the ear with a large surface area advantageously, we aimed for a fit without a feeling of pressure by limiting the contact surface area. The A2000 housing is stabilized by maintaining it at three points. The pink part in the diagram below (ear pocket) is one point, the green part (earpiece) is one point, and the blue part (earring) is one point, making a total of three points. Therefore, it suits the ears of many people. If there is no feeling of pressure at all contact points, you will feel that the fit of these earphones is so comfortable, like customized earphones.

Shibo coating that resists fingerprints and sebum

The body surface is finished with a Shibo coating that is resistant to moisture and does not easily attract fingerprints or sebum, so you don't have to worry about dirt.

2PIN connector + original OFC cable

The connector is a highly precise in-house developed product. It adopts the most versatile 0.78mm standard. With a soft and smooth covering material considering touch noise, it bends flexibly when using ear hooks, achieving a favorable fit.

Earpieces that achieve the optimal fit

Adopting two types of silicone materials with different hardness for the sound tube part and the part that touches the ear.
For the sound tube part, we achieve both strength and flexibility by applying grooves to the silicone, which is harder than the part that touches the ear.
For the part that touches the ear, we use soft silicone, achieving a comfortable fit and high sound insulation. By making one side of the axis color gray and the other side red, it becomes easier to distinguish left and right even in dimly lit places by confirming the axis color of the earpieces. Additionally, the axis colors of adjacent sizes are different (gray axis alternates between dark gray and light gray, red axis alternates between red and pink), making it easier to distinguish sizes. Comes with five sizes: SS/S/M/L/LL. You can choose according to your preference.
